There is a responsibility on everyone, from the committed enthusiast to the inquisitive visitor to ensure the protection of the gardens and the collection of plants within it. Some of the species are extremely delicate and human contact can retard their growth and reduce their chances of survival.

It is imperative that we all respect and protect the gardens to ensure they remain open to the public. Should you notice any damaging behaviour please bring it to the attention of the staff.

Please keep to the pathways provided and do not remove any plant material from the garden.
