**** 4 Star Self Catering Accommodation at Kells Bay Gardens:
If you enjoy waking to the natural sounds of mountain streams, birdsong, wind in the trees and the sea in its many guises you should stay here. There are three apartments available to rent. Situated to the side of Kells House, they are adjacent to the Primeval Forest and Walled Garden and afford intimate access to the wonders of the gardens. The individual apartments have been sensitively refurbished to offer luxury accommodation to visitors.
Two of the suites have views of the bay, however this is one part of the Ring of Kerry where the scenery of the immediate environment outdoes the bigger view! The suites have discrete entrances to afford maximum privacy to guests. There is access to the Blue Flag beach, via a 200m walk through the Palm Gardens.
The gardens are staffed and open to visitors during summer months from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outside these hours access to the estate is exclusive to guests.
To afford maximum protection to the plants at Kells, no pets are allowed.
Prices quoted are for weekly stays (Saturday-Saturday) and are inclusive of Heating, Linen, Towels, Firewood and cleaning charges.
Lettings under a week are charged on a daily basis, and incur a cleaning fee of €50.
The Garden Suite:
This ground floor suite has a spacious living / kitchen room, hall, bathroom and 2 interlocking bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single bed. This apartment comfortably accommodates 3 people.

The Bell Tower Suite:
This one bedroom suite is situated on both the first and second floors. This Suite is accessed via 10 cut stone steps to the rear of the House. The entrance hall opens to the kitchen/dining room. Off the kitchen is a comfortable living room. Both these rooms have excellent views over the gardens to the bay. The stairs in the Living Room leads you up to the Bedroom with its King-size bed. This is the highest room at Kells and enjoys three different aspects of the gardens and bay. The bathroom is situated on the 1st floor. A separate Utility room is off the Kitchen to store and accommodate the washing machine and Dryer. This apartment is for two people.

This large Suite is situated on both the ground floor and first floor. Generously proportioned, it has entrances to the front and rear of the apartment. There is a separate kitchen/dining room and Living Room. Also on the ground floor is the hall area and a large bathroom. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, with 1 bedroom having 2 single beds and the Master bedroom with 1 double and 1 single beds with an en-suite bathroom. This apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people.
